Important information


-We are happy to accept orders up to 6 months in advance. Twice a year we will open up a 6 month window and begin taking orders for that time frame. Orders can be requested ANYTIME during that window not just on opening day. 

October 1 will open requests for following January-June orders  

April 1 will open requests for following July- December orders  

Because we function as a bakery which specializes in custom made orders, we have a maximum number of orders that we can accept per week without compromising the quality of our products. Once we have reached our maximum, the week will be considered FULLY BOOKED and no further orders will be accepted. Orders are accepted on a first come basis.

-To place an order, please specify a date. This date will be your PICK UP date. While this date may have some flexibility within the same calendar week (Tuesday-Saturday), requests to change dates will be considered but CANNOT be guaranteed. If needing to change a date, please notify us of that request immediately so we can make all attempts to accommodate your need for a change. 

We do not offer open hours at Baked Blessings by Lisa. All hours are by appointment only. 

We typically arrange appointments/order pick ups between the hours of:

 2-6pm Tuesday-Friday 

9-11am on Saturdays. 

We are closed Sunday and Monday.

-please submit requested products, quantities, event, theme and personalization. While this can be an estimate of what you may want to order, please keep in mind that any changes to this information MUST BE RECEIVED no later than two weeks prior to order date. It is the customers responsibility to provide any changes to this information as we will proceed with initial order if we have not received any requests for changes. Requests to change order after two week deadline, will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.


 -As all orders are custom made for each customer, we will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your order. Your deposit must be paid within 48 hours of order acceptance.  If deposit is not received within specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel order request.  Once deposit is received, your order is considered confirmed in our books.  Remaining balance must be paid by Monday prior to pick up.  If customer is unable to follow through on order as initially submitted, cancels or fails to pay balance by due date, deposit will be FORFEITED and order is cancelled.

-Short notice orders will be accepted as books allow and payment will be due in full at time of ordering. 

-Due to the nature of our business and the products/services that we provide, we do not offer returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


To all customers :

 We openly handle many ingredients including dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, nuts and tree nuts. Many products we use to make our sweets are manufactured in facilities that also process these products. Due to this, please be advised that our products should not be assumed to be allergen free and are not labeled as such.


IMPORTANT: Please read ordering/allergy information above PRIOR to submitting order request. Please double check all spelling. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours. Please feel free to call with urgent needs.

Specializing in custom orders sweets

 We are not a full service bakery but rather specialize in custom made sweets for our clients. Due to this, we require advance notification and prepayment. We have a maximum of orders that we accept per week. Short notice orders are always comsidered but cannot be guaranteed.  We accept orders up to SIX months in advance with a non-refundable deposit. Our 2019 books Jan-June are currently open for orders and dates are filled on a first come basis.  July -Dec 2019 books will open April 1st
