-We are happy to accept orders in advance. Throughout the year we will open up a 4 month window and begin taking orders for that time frame. Orders can be requested ANYTIME during that window not just on opening day.
December 1 will open requests for January-April orders
April 1 will open requests for May- August orders
August 1 will open requests for September - December orders
Because we function as a bakery which specializes in custom made orders, we have a maximum number of orders that we can accept per week without compromising the quality of our products. Once we have reached our maximum, the week will be considered FULLY BOOKED and no further orders will be accepted. Orders are accepted on a first come basis.
We are available during specified hours for scheduled order pickups. All others hours are by appointment only.
9-11am on Saturdays.
We are closed Sunday and Monday.
-To place an order, please specify a date. This date will be your PICK UP date.
-please submit requested products, quantities, event, theme and personalization. We will need an estimate of quantities needed to reserve an order.
-As all orders are custom made for each customer and will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your order. Deposits are due within 48 hours of invoice.
-Short notice orders will be accepted as books allow and payment will be due in full at time of ordering.
-Due to the nature of our business and the products/services that we provide, we do not offer returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We openly handle many ingredients including dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, nuts and tree nuts. Many products we use to make our sweets are manufactured in facilities that also process these products. Due to this, please be advised that our products should not be assumed to be allergen free and are not labeled as such. We do not offer any gluten free, dairy free, vegan options.
